Bigyellowfish Technologies Private Limited (“Company”) is a private limited company with its registered office at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Company has developed a mobile-based application supported by Android and IOS and features and content, which is a wellness product containing certain functionalities and features (“Product”).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of the employees who log in to the application to access the functionalities provided by the product (“End Users”) in connection with the end users’ (“You” and/or “Your”) use of our product.

You agree and confirm that you are aged above 18 years of age.

By using the Product, You accept this privacy policy along with any amendments or modifications as may be made from time to time (“Privacy Policy”). • Age
• Email address
• Name of the vessel
• Role/Designation
• Behavioural data
• All opinions, views, comments, notes, and inferences created during or post the usage of the product in respect of the particular end user (collectively referred to as “Personal Information”).

In the event of using the Product under a corporate package or client package, you hereby provide your consent to us, including any of our authorized personnel, to share the personal information with such corporate/client, being your employed organization, and your information will then be subject to the internal policies of such corporate/client in this regard. We (including any of our authorized personnel) shall not be liable in case of any misuse or breach of your personal information from any third party, including your organization.

In the event of using the product under a corporate package or client, the corporate shall be deemed to have obtained consent of the end users to process their personal information for the Company.

Company may appoint certain third-party vendors and service providers to provide certain services, these third-party service providers shall have access to your personal information, end user personal information which may be recorded by such third-party service providers as required under the applicable law.

We may retain user communications and business information in case of usage through a corporate client account.

Device information such as operating system version, device type, and system performance information.

You will have the following rights with respect to your personal information under the policy:

• Be informed of the information collected, and how it is being used.
• Access and receive a copy of your data.
• Correct any inaccurate data or complete any incomplete data.
• Request the erasure of your data in cases where:
  • The data is no longer required
  • Data collected is in contravention to applicable laws

  • Such erasure is necessary for compliance with any laws in force at the applicable time and jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of Your user ids and passwords and You acknowledge that neither the Company nor any of its directors, shareholders or other representatives shall be liable to You under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from or arise out of, or a breach or, compromise of registration of Your End User Account with us and/or Your ability or inability to use the End User Account.

The Product may occasionally contain links to third-party sites and the Company shall not be responsible for the content of these third-party websites or for the security of Your information when you use the third-party websites.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our terms & conditions (“Terms”) available at bigyellowfish.io/bigyellow-terms.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at our sole discretion without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review the privacy policy periodically. You will be deemed to be governed by the terms of the modified privacy policy as may be amended from time to time.
